Gouache

This painting was very interesting! We first drew out our animal. Then we painted it the colors we wanted. After that, we added black ink everywhere.

For my animal, I did not want to add ink everywhere. I only added it to the eyes, wrinkles, and the background. It was successful because it has that cool effect from the ink, while still having the original color.


This piece has texture, form, color, movement and balance.
